The Administration and Use of Funds

The BCDCRW will strictly observe the State's and the Beijing Municipal Government's policies, rules and regulations on the management of public funds. The BCDCRW will be supervised by the CWDF and BPA regarding the use of the Funds. Moreover, the organizations will strictly abide by the principle of “earmarking a fund for its specified purpose only,” which will be limited to the projects that the funds supported. If we decide to expand the scope of our programs we will make it known publicly, solicit donors' opinions, and make decisions in accordance with our donors' wishes. We will produce end-of-year accounts of revenue and expenditures for the Funds, and produce an annual financial report, which will be published in our Annual Review and on our website.
